Standard Power provides Infrastructure as a Service to advanced data processing companies such as those focusing on blockchain mining and high-performance computing applications. Standard purchased 45 acres and 1 office building which will be converted into a large data center/crypto currency mining operation to support the future of digital currency. What primarily attracted Standard Power to the site was the availability of large industrial power, cooling water, and access to a large plot of land. Conesville Industrial Park was selected among 10-20 sites who were also in the running for this facility.

Conesville Power Plant was a 1,900+ MW coal fired power generating facility located in Coshocton County, OH. This facility was one of the largest generating facilities in the American Electric Power portfolio and one of the largest in Ohio. The power plant employed over 500 direct employees during peak operation and generated millions of tax base for the village, school district, and county. Standard Power purchased the former Conesville Power Plant Office Building, a deep well for cooling water needs, and 45 acres which housed land that was used for employee parking and contractor operations.
