Buffalo’s newest craft distillery, Tommyrotter Distillery, is scheduled to open to the public on July 18 at noon.
Co-owner Robert Finan said that immediate plans call for production of a variety of handcrafted spirits, the company will first unveil its American gin and small batch vodka.
The distillery, located at 500 Seneca Street, will offer tastings and add tours. Its glass-enclosed tasting room includes a view of the production floor a story below.
“I’ve been working toward opening this distillery since I moved back to Buffalo in late 2013,” said Robert Finan, one of Tommyrotter’s partners.
