The latest redevelopment effort by the Frontier Group of Companies is in Weirton, West Virginia and includes more than 1,100 acres from ArcelorMittal along the Ohio River. FGC plans for the site include development of the Ohio Valley Industrial Park.
David Franjoine, President of Frontier, said in a statement released to 7 News “based on our experience with similar properties and our initial due diligence, we believe the Weirton site has tremendous attributes and presents significant development and reuse opportunities.”
