Land

As the demand for industrial property continues to climb, more pad-ready sites property needs to be made available. Frontier has the equipment, in-house labor, and experience to make these sites available per the demands of the customer.

Former brownfield sites house enormous potential for redevelopment thanks to existing amenities such as existing utility infrastructure, transportation modes, available labor markets, zoning, among various others. Many of the sites we repurpose are in target rich environments for heavy industry to relocate while others demand mixed-use development to service the growing demands of dense urban areas.

Maritime

FGC owns and operates multiple large river terminals along the Ohio River, each equipped with the infrastructure to support heavy industry. Our vast network and experience has allowed us to certify, maintain, revitalize, and grow each terminal per the demands of industry surrounding each location. These river terminals are strategically located in various pools along the Ohio River, each with unique hinterland demands.

FGC has one of the largest footprints along the entire Ohio River with necessary assets including mooring cells, riverfront ownership, and accessible transloading space between truck or rail.

Rail

We see the value in preserving and maintaining railroad infrastructure across all our locations throughout the country and have years of experience with operating, maintaining, servicing, and retiring railcars.

Our rail served sites have immediate access to Class I rail carriers including Norfolk Southern, CSX, and BNSF and across all our sites, we have over 50 miles of rail.

Warehousing

When we acquire a site, we are particularly careful about what we demolish, keeping an eye out for buildings that could be restored into a usable asset for the long term. We revitalize and repair these assets with the intention to help industry find a home with a turnkey building or office within one of our projects.
